SHINSA

Terms of Service

Effective 16 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Shinsa (shinsa.net), the community platform for Pump Dojo. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: pumpdojo@gmail.com.

The service

Shinsa tracks Pump It Up scores and rankings, hosts community features (posts, comments, events, replays), and manages Pump Dojo venue access and memberships. Features may change as the platform evolves.

Your account

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you grant Shinsa a licence to display that content within the service. Everything you post must follow the Community Guidelines, which you accept before your first post. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend and terminate accounts that break the guidelines, and we will act on reports within 24 hours.

Every post, comment, message and profile has a Report option, and every account can be blocked from your profile or from its content. Blocking hides that person's content from you and stops interactions between you.

Memberships & payments

Venue memberships and passes are billed as described at purchase and processed by Square, via the website. Venue access is subject to the dojo's house rules posted at the venue. The iOS app does not sell anything and contains no purchase flows.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from My Account in the app. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what is retained.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Score data synced from third-party services is presented in good faith but may lag or contain upstream errors. Shinsa is a community project of Pump Dojo and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Andamiro. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
